Some common problems and solutions

1. When turning on the breast pump, you must press and hold the power button for 5–10 seconds. If the charging cable is connected, the device will not turn on. You must unplug the charging cable and hold the button to turn it on.

2. If the pump does not work after turning on the motor, the pump motor can be removed and reinstalled and tightened to avoid air leaks and startup failures.

3. If you cannot turn on the product after receiving the goods, you can charge the product until it is full, then unplug the charging cable and turn it on again.
