§ 1 Scope of Application
(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Anan-shop94
(hereinafter "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer") concluded via the Provider's online shop.
(2) Deviating terms and conditions of the Customer are not recognized unless the Provider
expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
(3) These GTC apply both to consumers (§ 13 BGB) and to entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB).
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer,
but a non-binding invitation to order (invitatio ad offerendum).
(2) By placing an order, the Customer submits a binding offer. The contract is only concluded
upon order confirmation or delivery of the goods.
(3) The contract text is stored by the Provider and sent to the Customer by email after conclusion of the contract.
§ 3 Prices and Payment
(1) All prices stated are final prices including statutory VAT.
(2) Additional delivery and shipping costs are shown separately.
(3) The following payment methods are accepted: Paypal, credit card, bank transfer.
(4) In the event of default in payment, the Provider is entitled to demand default interest at the rate of 5 percentage points above the base interest rate (§ 288 BGB).
§ 4 Delivery and Shipping
(1) Delivery takes place within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment.

(2) The delivery area covers: EU-wide.
(3) The risk of accidental loss passes to the Customer upon handover.
(4) Partial deliveries are permitted as far as this is reasonable for the Customer.
§ 5 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any
reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day on which you or a third party named by you
have taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

clear declaration (e.g., letter, email).
In the event of a withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you immediately and
at the latest within 14 days. The return of the goods is at the consumer's expense, provided the goods are shippable.
§ 6 Warranty
(1) Statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) The warranty period is 12 months from delivery (by agreement pursuant to § 438
BGB).
(3) Obvious defects must be reported immediately after discovery.
(4) The Customer can choose between rectification or replacement delivery (§ 439 BGB).
§ 7 Liability
(1) The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
(2) In the case of slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations
(cardinal duties), limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
(3) The above limitations of liability do not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, and health, nor to claims under the Product Liability Act.
§ 8 Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy and in
compliance with the GDPR and the BDSG.
§ 9 Final Provisions
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention (CISG).
(2) The place of performance is the registered office of the Provider.
(3) Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining
provisions shall remain unaffected.
§ 10 Online Dispute Resolution
Anan-shop94 is neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a
consumer arbitration board.
